Oral Arguments July 1st, 2009
I don’t really remember the appellate advocacy portion of my first year legal writing class. I vaguely remember being nervous, and sort of remember the case, but that’s it. However, I can recall with vivid accuracy my fake oral argument in front of Judge Michael Fisher of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals this past Fall. That was quite intimidating. It is with that memory in mind that I share this little cartoon by Huma Rashid, fellow law student.
