Although I wasn't there, my adopted City of Champions apparently took quite the aquatic beating recently. Below is a video a friend of mine took of our apartment building, and it's out of control. Also, here is a of similar shenanigans in Shadyside (which I'm fine with, since I'm anti-Shadyside).
